COLEHERBALS SCALE OF ADMINISTRATION
GOALS
• Expand the Dr. Cole's Herbal Remedies Brand to over $1,000,000.00 in gross sales per year with a 25% profit margin. (This is the first financial goal, once we learn how to do this, we can figure out a plan to expand to $12,000,000 in gross sales per year after that).
• To establish the Dr. Cole's Herbal Remedies Brand to be a well known and well though of brand throughout the USA & Canada.
PURPOSES
• To give customers who have a difficult time taking toxic oral medications to have an option to purchase healthy transdermal remedies that work.
• To contribute to the current trend of people wanting to get away from taking toxic treatments.
• To support the alternative, organic community by giving them many more product options to have access to.
• To support customers who are in need.
POLICIES
• Customers always come first. We do whatever we can do to improve their day, even if it means giving away free products. If they come to us unhappy in anyway, we make them right and reward them for communicating.
PLANS, PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, ORDERS
PLAN #1 - Move Amazon Customers to Shopify.
1) Have colorful cards printed to put into all FBA packages sent to Amazon with a 25% discount code that also shows customers that there are more Dr. Cole products available on our our coleherbals.com website. - Done 10/1/22
2) Have larger colorful postcards printed to be inserted into all FBM products sent directly to customers that encourage all Amazon customers to purchase from our website instead. (Note we could use the 6,000 postcards owed to us from PCM to do this).
3) Compose a letter that explains the latest development with the FDA kicking products off of Amazon with a huge discount, encouraging all AZ customers to now purchase from coleherbals directly.
PLAN #2 - Improve Amazon Sales
1) Optimize all current listings to be in compliance with the new FDA laws that have been imposed on Amazon. (See the very long program to get this done)
2) Resubmit all of the listings that have been kicked off with the new FDA laws in mind.
3) List all of the new products that we have onto Amazon, with the new FDA rules in mind.
4) Move all of the shipping over to FBM so we can own the addresses of all of our AZ customers and communicate to them more often, eventually getting more and more of them to convert over to purchasing on our website.
PLAN #3 - Improve Shopify Sales
1) Complete the editing of the 12 long form sales pages on our website.
2) Create EFFECTIVE social media ads that link to each individual long form sale page. (This is a huge project with lots of parts and pieces.)
3) Sample packs created for each of the 12 long form sales pages that can be purchased very inexpensively by Affiliates or customers OR given out for free in exchange for the contact information of new potential customers.
3) The Affiliate Program up and rolling with lots of new Affiliates signing up constantly.
4) Once the funds permit, launch all of the new products that we have on our "Products To Launch" list that Linda H. has already formulated.

PLAN #4 - Organize COLEHERBALS so that it can be easily managed by anyone - a "turnkey operation".
1) Create a back end office that has the full COLEHERBALS Organization Board with connections to all of the job descriptions (hats) and everything needed to run this business.
2) Get everybody familiar with the back end so they feel stable and know how to run this business no matter what happens.
PLAN #5 - Get Linda L. Through all of the courses needed to expand COLEHERBALS
1) Get COLEHERBALS out of the current Danger Condition so Linda has time again to put in more study time to get through:
• The Hammersley Bros Course
• Artie Maren's Business Organization Course.
• Do the "Business Prosperity Course" on the Freewinds this coming September.
• Pay for and do the $500 accounting course that has been suggested by a standard business accountant.
PLAN #6 - Organize COLEHERBAL Finances so that they can be turned over to a bookkeeper.
1) Set up the funds to pay $500 for the course that teaches how to do this.
2) Purchase Quickbooks and transfer our accounting over to that program.
3) Interview prospects to take over as the bookkeeper for COLEHERBALS and hire this person.
PLAN #7 - Create successful onboarding for all COLEHERBALS Affiliates so they can earn while increasing brand awareness
1) Create a training section at coleherbals.com that has all training and a welcome guide.
2) Create a welcome flow series of emails to automate training to all affiliates.
All training emails that go out to current affiliates will be added to the welcome flow series for new affiliates to see as they join
PLAN #8 - Expand the number of COLEHERBALS affiliates (currently 63 on 5/5/2023
1) Create protocol to get free product to people with high followings.
