How to Fill Out The Influence Finder Spreadsheet - Lesson Two:

1) Go to this section and find the spreadsheet with your name on it.  

2) Open it up and scroll to Column F - Mgmt Approval

• Yes - you get paid $1 for finding this influencer

• No - refer to column 0 - Notes.    DO NOT CONTACT.     Keep on spreadsheet

3) Enter information into spreadsheet

• Column G - Video #1

• Column H - Video #2

• Column I - Video#3

• Column J - Products Sent

4) Attend the weekly meetings held at 8:30pm every Tuesday Eastern Standard Time in the USA. Find the same time your time here. As of this date (6/1/2024) this meeting will be hosted by Brenda Deming, the IF Manager, via this Google Meets Link.

How to Get the Tools to Contact Influencers:

Video 1, 2, and 3

Go here "video landing page" and download one video  from Video 1 section, Video 2 section, and Video 3 section. These should be downloaded on the computer, phone, or tablet that you use to Direct Message (DM) influencers.

How to Contact the Influencers:

1) Go to the influencer profile that were approved Column F (says yes) and send Video 1 to the influencer to engage the influencer in conversation

2) Send a message or email and attach the video to the message

3) Sample message:

Hi there! I came across your profile when I was searching for an influencer to work with to help promote Coleherbals products! I am hoping we can work together to help spread the word on our herbal remedies.

Right now, we cannot pay for posts, but I'm hoping we can still work together. We want to send you two free products and see what you think!

After you send this message, put the date you sent it in the Video 1 column (column G.)

How to Respond to An Influencer Who is Interested:

1)  If an influencer replies that they are interested:

Send a reply to what they are saying and with the information that they need:

For example, if the influencer says, "Hi, how are you? I would love more information!"

Answer - I am doing well, (or okay, good, etc.) and really excited about this. How are you doing?

How to Respond to An Influencer Who Never Replied:

1) If no reply within three days of Video 1:

Send a message:

I was hoping to hear from you! Did you have a chance to look things over? Here is a little more information - Video B attachment

After you send this message, put the date you sent it in the Video 2 column (column G.)

How to Respond to An Influencer Who Says No:

1) Remember - they are saying no to the offer - not you!

Send a message and say:

Just out of curiosity, is there a way that we can turn that no into a yes? Let me know and I'll send your request to my manager.

Copy the request into column - Notes.

2) If they reply with a request, copy the text - please do not take a screenshot - paste the text into the body of the email- and send an email to Brenda at mobuherbalsshop@gmail.com with the subject "(Influencer name) has a request"

You  will receive an answer on how to reply to the influencer within 24 hours. If you do not, your email was missed. Please resend it.

How to Respond to an Influencer When You Don't Have an Answer:

• Every once in awhile, you get asked a question and have no idea how to answer. We have a list of commonly asked questions (click here for the document)

• Find the question in the document

• Under every question is the reply you should send.

• Copy the reply and send it to the influencer

1. If you need help with a question, put the question into the Notes column with the answer under it.

2. If the question is not in the document, send the following email to Brenda:

   Subject: <Influencer's username> has a question

   Body: Copy the question (do not send a screenshot) and tell me what you think a response should be

3. You will receive a response. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, resend the message.

4. Brenda will add the question and appropriate reply to the spreadsheet
