Diet Discoveries Here At COLEHERBALS
These are the recent discoveries that so many of us have learned over here in the US. Doing the following has majorly increased our health statistics for the better.
• Getting rid of ALL foods that contain sugar.
• Getting rid of ANYTHING that has grains of any kind in it including:
- Breads
- Rice
- Oatmeal
- Or ANYTHING containing grains. Humans can’t properly digest them. They cause the blood sugar to go up/down/up/down/up/down eventually resulting in diabetes type 2, then type 1, as the organ that produces insulin (natural blood sugar) gets lazy, and nolonger makes it for you. THIS is the WHY diabetes has been on the rise since the early 1900s when the world started producing grains in volume and our over all human diet changed. The medical profession LOVES this as it makes a fortune on sick people who have this disease.
What is starting to prove out over here in the USA, is that 80% of the people who stay on a diet containing sugar and grains end up with type 1 diabetes at some point in their life. BIG money for the medical industry as the insulin injections to keep people alive are expensive.
History shows that way back when, the cultures from the north country in Asia, who only ate protein (The Moores, Huns, etc.) lived almost twice as long as those who began eating grains or even plants (carbohydrates). Rome used to give bread out for FREE towards the end of that civilization, after they became socialists. During that time, mental and physical illness thrived in Rome. So much so, that those who were paying the taxes to support it, left and the stronger people from the north came down and took Rome over without a fight because nobody with any money or might was there to defend it.
Over here in America, we are slowly starting to catch on to what has been happening to bring this culture down. Diet has been one of them. We went through these stages:
1) Thinking that we were all doing GREAT on the newly high processed foods. <— Result: More people getting sick than ever.
2) Seeing lot of sickness come from that, then having a huge trend towards vegitarianisim. <— Result: Even more people getting sick.
3) Moving back into eating meat long with vegetables but this time taking sugar out of the equations. <— Result: Still seeing illness occur.
4) Then suddenly we got better microscopes and saw the damage grains of all kinds can do to humans and made a breakthrough in health and stats started to get better. <— Result: The people who did this getting much better. Those who did not, staying the same.
5) Then realized that many of us were allergic to certain foods, and the Auto-immune diet began to get popular. This was a game changer too! This was the Whole Foods diet I got Malou onto. This is FAR BETTER than anything above. <— Result: Huge difference in health statistics, so much so that the medical (industry that makes billions from illness) started to get very worried.

People who have gone this way are having even better results. Not an easy way to go after growing up on all of the standard Philippine diet as there is a sugar withdraw that is pretty heavy, but those who get through it start to get very healthy.
I found this to be interesting too: As you know, we have A LOT of customers coming to us with skin issues. Our products DO help skin issues from the out side. However, our products don’t do that much if the skin issues originate from the inside. About two months ago, one of our Dr. Cole’s customers called me with a really bad case of fungus infection.
