Strengths
The current trend in the marketplace is away from chemicals and towards natural & organic ingredients. All of COLEHERBAL products are 100% organic & wildcrafted. That is the biggest reason why any of our customers purchase them. Almost every one of our customers are concerned about the ingredients that are in our products.
Dr. Cole had been testing these products out on her patients since the mid-90s. They are all tried and true formulations that have been used hundreds of times by thousands of people. They actually give the results that they were created to give.
This brand has a history that goes back to 2006 when Dr. Cole started the Mobu Herbals brand. There is a whole interesting story about how it evolved and why these products became so popular with Dr. Cole’s patients and customers.
We have been told many times by designers and trademark lawyers that we have a very attractive, professional, brand look. Easily distinctive from other competitive brands. We are currently in the process of getting a trademark for this brand.
The brand has been selling on Amazon for over 5 years and has had over 40,000 customers purchase our products with a 16% return customer rate. We have a 4.8 account rating there.
We have one of the best selling “Organic Hemorrhoid Treatments” on Amazon with a 4 Star rating and over 1,000 reviews averaging 4.3 Stars.
We have hefty Shopify website where we launch and sell all of our products that has over 1,000 customers with a high return customer rate.
We have 2,700 people on our email list who receive an email from us two times a week.
Weaknesses
Amazon is getting down on sellers with natural remedies that have not been FDA approved. They have been taking down some of our products with no warning, accusing us of having violated policies that we have not violated.
