Lesson #1 - Glossary

Aesthetically pleasing - means something looks really nice and makes you feel good when you look at it. So, when we say we are looking for "aesthetically pleasing" for the influencers we want to work with, it means we want to find influencers whose pictures and videos are very pretty and enjoyable to look at.

Celebrity Influencer - this influencer has over 1 million followers.

Engagement rate - reflects the percentage of viewers who engage through likes, comments, shares, or other actions in response to a post. A higher engagement rate indicates that the content is resonating well with the audience, making the influencer's platform a good match for coleherbals.com.

Followers - the people who choose to see updates and posts from a specific account in their own feed. When someone follows an account, it means they are interested in what that account shares, whether it's photos, videos, stories, or other updates.

Hashtags - words or phrases  with the "#" symbol before a word or phrase used on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. They help categorize content, making it easier for users to find posts related to specific topics. For example, using #nature in a post about the outdoors groups it with other nature-related content. Hashtags can increase the visibility of posts to a broader audience, especially those interested in similar themes.

Influencer - someone who has the ability to affect the opinions or buying decisions of others because of their authority, knowledge, position, or relationship with their audience.

IF - Short for Influence Finder. What we will be calling everybody who passes all three lessons located on this course.

Keywords - Keywords are words or phrases that are used to describe the content of a website, article, or social media post. They are important because they help search engines understand what the content is about, which helps people find it when they search for those terms. For example, if a website sells bicycles, keywords might include "bicycles," "cycling gear," or "bike repairs." Using the right keywords can help the right people find your content more easily.

Mega Influencer - this influencer has between 100,000 and 1 million followers.

Micro Influencer -  this influencer has between 10,000 and 50,000 followers.

Mid-level Influencer - this influencer has between 50,000 and 100,000 followers.

Nano Influencer - this influencer has at between 1,000  and 10,000 followers.

Thank you for completing this course! We would very much appreciate getting any feedback that you can give us regarding this course in the space below.

Note: Brenda put a response form here that goes to you and me so we can get feedback from those who go through this course.

Commission Schedule for IFs

• $1.00 US for each approved Influencer found. Maximum of 10 Influencers per week. This will give you a chance to begin communicating with the 10 approved Influencers found in order to get them to try two of our products at no cost to them.

• 10% commission on all sales made by any of their Influencers up to $500.00 total in sales per Influencer.

• After the Influencer makes $500.00 or more in sales we give them an extra 5% commission for sales that they made with their posts. At that point the IF's commission becomes 5% commission on all sales made by the Influencer's posts.

• Once an Influencer makes up to $1,000 in sales or more, the  Influencer now makes another 5% commission to motivate the Influencer to keep selling and the IF's commission drops down to 2.5% on all sales from that Influencer from then on.

Possible Results:

With 10 Influencer's found per week. If only two of them became active a week, then that could easily add up to lots of sales week after week. In 10 weeks you will have found 100 possible Influencers. If two of those became active weekly that would be twenty x 5% to 10% of commissions from sales until they make a total of $1,000 in sales commissions per week. Then 2.5% of all of their sales coming in indefinitely after that. With only 20 active Influencers, the commissions to IFs could easily get up to $1,000 per week. As the IF finds more Influencers each week, and more and more become active, that amount would definitely increase.

Other Bonuses for IFs

1) IFs automatically make a 25% commission on all sales that they make from their social media, friends, family, etc. without having to make $1,000 in sales first.

Win-win for everybody. You, COLEHERBALS, the Influencers and the customers!
