Shipping Policy

We’re so glad you’re here. At Coleherbals, we do our best to pack and ship your order with care so it can make its way to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, usually within one business day after we receive your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please take a moment to make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Israel, and the Philippines. For international orders, please keep in mind that customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may be added by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and Coleherbals does not collect them.

For U.S. orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. This offer may change at any time without notice.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery time begins after your order has shipped and the carrier has accepted it. While carriers may provide expected delivery windows, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delays can sometimes happen because of weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If it still cannot be located, please contact USPS for U.S. orders or the appropriate carrier for international orders to file a claim. Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for the package while it is in transit and after delivery.

If a package is returned to us or refused, we’ll reach out to you to find out what happened. If the package was returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick it up, an additional shipping fee may be required to resend the order.

All orders ship from Arizona, United States.
