Directions for hemorrhoid balm: Using a dime-sized amount, apply as needed to the targeted area after having a bowel movement. You can apply 3-4 times a day or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Directions for constipation balm: Apply this balm generously, starting from the belly button down to the lower abdomen, and/or pulse points such as wrist, hands, or thighs. Apply before bedtime or early in the morning. For extreme cases, apply generous amounts every 30 minutes until the desired result is achieved. For topical use only. Not recommended during pregnancy.
