The Team Carrying Forward Dr. Cole's Herbal Mission

Behind every remedy is a small group of people dedicated to sharing the knowledge Dr. Cole spent her life developing.

One member of the marketing team worked directly with Dr. Cole during the years she actively taught and developed her remedies, and has carried that knowledge forward through the website, content, and education work you see today.

Many people know Dr. Cole as the herbalist behind the remedies used in Dr. Cole's Herbal Remedies today. What fewer realize is that a small, dedicated marketing and content team works behind the scenes at Coleherbals.com to ensure her knowledge continues reaching the people who need it.

Dr. Cole's mission was simple and deeply personal: to help end unnecessary suffering. Her father passed away before his time, and that loss shaped her lifelong commitment to helping others find better ways to support their health. She believed people deserved access to natural solutions and herbal knowledge that could help them feel better and live healthier lives. Even after her passing at age 57, that goal endures. The work continues through the herbal knowledge she spent her life developing.

Dr. Cole's Herbal Philosophy

One of Dr. Cole's most consistent teachings was that the skin is the body's largest organ. For her, this meant that herbal remedies applied topically could support the body in ways many people had never considered. Rather than relying only on remedies that are digested, she believed carefully prepared herbal formulas applied to the skin could support the body in a more direct way.

For nearly three years, Dr. Cole hosted a weekly Herbal Hour every Tuesday afternoon, sharing her knowledge about herbs, healing, and the reasoning behind her formulas. She often reminded listeners that the skin's role in health was widely overlooked — and that supporting the body through it could be one of the most effective ways to use herbal medicine.

Many of those teachings still guide how the remedies are explained today.

Brenda
Shopify Account Manager  ·  Marketing  ·  Social Media

Brenda began working with Dr. Cole in 2014 and continued by her side until Dr. Cole's passing in April 2019. During those five years, she supported ambassadors, created graphics and website content, managed marketing software, and sent educational emails to customers. In August 2015, she launched the original MOBU Herbals website, which remained active until Dr. Cole's passing.

Brenda attended many of the weekly Herbal Hour sessions, learning firsthand how Dr. Cole explained herbs, skin health, and natural healing. She also transcribed many of the recordings — transcripts that continue to provide the educational foundation for the remedies today.

One experience had a particularly lasting impact. Dr. Cole's AM Pain formula, designed to provide daytime relief without affecting alertness, worked so quickly on an extreme headache of Brenda's that it sparked a much deeper interest in herbal remedies.

Brenda continues working with Coleherbals today because she believes in Dr. Cole's mission and hopes to see these remedies become trusted household names for families seeking natural solutions.

Brand Management  ·  Copy & Creative  ·  Senior Editor

Betty became our brand manager in 2021 after working closely with our formulator and co-founder to develop the look and feel of the Dr. Cole's brand. She reviews and refines much of the educational content shared through the website and customer emails, ensuring the information is clear, organized, and easy to follow. She asks thoughtful questions that strengthen how ideas are presented and contributes new concepts when developing educational material. Her work helps ensure that everything shared about the remedies is accurate, helpful, and accessible to readers.

Roman
Technical Support  ·  Senior IT Specialist  ·  Amazon Advisor

Roman built the current Coleherbals Shopify website when the brand launched in 2021, creating the product pages, collection pages, and core store structure that allows customers to browse and learn about the remedies. He has also handled many of the technical issues that arise behind the scenes over the years. In 2023, Brenda began taking a more active role in website updates and improvements as the brand continued to grow.

Malou
Graphic Artist & Designer  ·  Social Media  ·  Team Recruiter

Malou prepares and schedules social media content that introduces people to Dr. Cole's remedies and herbal education. She creates graphics for platforms like Facebook and Instagram and manages the posting calendar so that helpful information continues reaching people searching for natural solutions. Visual content often opens the door to ideas people may not have encountered before.

What Has Stayed the Same

While the brand has grown and product names have evolved, the foundation of Dr. Cole's work remains unchanged. The herbal philosophy she taught during her Herbal Hour sessions continues to guide how the remedies are shared today, and her belief in the skin's role in the body's healing process remains central to how the formulas are used. Much of the educational material comes directly from the knowledge she shared through recordings and transcripts of those weekly discussions.

For the team, preserving that knowledge and sharing it clearly is one of the most important parts of the work.

Continuing Dr. Cole's Mission

It took Dr. Cole a lifetime to develop these herbal formulas. It takes a dedicated team working quietly in the background to keep sharing the knowledge she spent years teaching — through educational articles, graphics, website improvements, and carefully reviewed content.

For everyone involved, the goal remains the same as it was for Dr. Cole: helping people find relief and improving their quality of life through herbal medicine.
