I only use it after I take a shower. Use any other time results in too much moisurizing. In other words, a little goes a long way. I even use it my legs where I have poor circulation.
OMG, ever since I was intri-oduced to this cream, it is wondrous and now I am buyibg it as a gift fir friends as they NEED to know about it.
No Product Ever Received and No Resolution In Sight
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but since you've asked . . . When I got an email from stamps.com listing an incorrect shipping address, I immediately notified the company. I believe it may have been the owner who acknowledged me and then sent me to the woman in charge of the shipping department. Her response was "does she not have mail forwarding?" Of course, I do, but 1) that does not apply to packages, and 2) that is not the point, since the shipping address generated was entirely incorrect. Not my fault and not necessarily the company's, but which one of us has the responsibility to make this right? Captain Helpful stayed true to form when I followed up a week later, asking if someone could supply me with a status, as the tracking showed no updates for the full 7 days prior to my follow up. The zero effort canned response I received was "according to your tracking number, the item is in transit". No fooling? I have the same tracking number you have, sweetheart. What I'm asking for is someone to acknowledge me and make it right. You have my money and I have no product and no answers. Just as I'm writing this, there has finally been a tracking update that says the shipment is being returned to sender. So, 3) the shipment wasn't forwarded ANYWAY. TLDR: Shipment made it from AZ to TX 2 days from order date, but sits in limbo between 2 cities in TX because you won't follow up. 13 days and counting, and all I hear from you are crickets chirping . . .
